WHY: Your participation in this event directly contributes to Team Agnew/Schwertfeger’s Dancing with the Statesboro Stars fundraiser, which supports the incredible work of Safe Haven/Citizens Against Violence. Safe Haven’s mission is to serve, strengthen, and support adult and child victims of domestic violence through the provision of emergency shelter and community-based services. They serve Bulloch, Candler, Effingham, Jenkins, Screven and Washington Counties.
Alexis Agnew, a Legal Assistant at Hall & Navarro and the “Star” of Team Agnew/Schwertfeger, shared her enthusiasm for this event: “Being a dancer in this year’s Dancing with the Statesboro Stars has been such an amazing experience, but getting to raise money for such an impactful organization like Safe Haven while dancing has been one of the greatest experiences of my life.
