I was immediately scheduled with Patty within a week. She was very nice 😊 and professional. She listened and answered all my questions and informed me of all the procedures and the costs and how it all work. Katie was the person I work with after my intake with Patty. Katie was also professional and 😊 nice. When I ask questions she answered with a smile. She explained everything and advised me on the time frame and what to expect. As for the fee some would say it was expensive, but I believe it was a fair price; understanding everyone situation is different.I highly recommend this firm. I recently went through a legitimization, custody, and separation of property bout of litigation. Had it not have been for Patty Carter, aka superwoman/therapist, I don’t think I would have survived with my sanity. My biggest fear of all was not getting a fair amount of custody with my baby girl. Martha, Patty, and the whole team were there for me down the very end. They battled for me. Martha’s expertise, reputation, and persistence, Patty’s thoroughness and attention to detail , paid off in the end. I am knocking on the door of 50/50 custody, and didn’t lose what i have built so far in this life time. And we didn’t have to stand in front of a judge!!! I assure you they were ready… I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to help in navigating such a horrible, emotional, and topsy-turvy roller coaster of divorce/separation. I would never wish this situation on my worst enemy. What a blessing it was to have this law firm, this family, to help lift me up/encourage me when my spirits were crushed, guide me when I was lost, calm me when i was quick to anger, and show me grace and servitude throughout the process. Hall and Navarro have been a blessing to me after a very difficult two and a half year divorce battle. I found Martha Hall and her firm after my previous attorney told me that we would need to start back at ground zero with my divorce. Martha listened to my story, looked through the documents I supplied her, searched the court system for records, and put together a case. Patty Carter, the Paralegal assigned to my case, was a master at her job as well as a very kind and compassionate person. The first time I met with Patty, I was so worried and self-conscious. However, Patty put me at ease. Talking to Patty was like talking with a friend. She asked me questions in such a way that made me comfortable and she in no way judged, she was empathetic to my circumstances. I needed a local family attorney because I was going through a divorce. I reached to Hall & Navarro for assistance and they were able to schedule a consultation right away. They answered my first series of questions I had, since I had no knowledge of being divorced. I knew I wanted to fight the best I could for my kids to get the best outcome for them and then myself. They were very knowledgeable with what could or couldn't happen in a divorce and helping me with the back and forth with my spouse. I met Martha one time and Patty Carter for the remainder of the process. Patty was great with all the information she had to keep things moving along. She was always quick to respond to my emails and when the opposing attorney was taking forever to make small changes, she stepped up and got it done. I would recommend them for anyone needing a good local family attorney.

The first time you need an attorney is the scariest experience, but rest easy if you have Martha and Patty on your team. Martha was so knowledgeable and wise. Patty held my hand through the entire thing. She listened, answered questions and was always so quick to respond. Sometimes I wondered if she was ONLY working for me! It was amazing feeling like a priority and not just one of a million other cases. I made the right choice!

I was looking for a local attorney to assist me and my minor child with an incident that occurred, and I am so thankful that a friend referred me to Hall and Navarro. The amount of compassion and care demonstrated by Summer, DeAnn, and Katie set my mind at ease. As a parent, there is no worse feeling than thinking something bad could happen to your child, and these three ladies worked very hard to set my mind at ease and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Our case is not finished yet, but I now don’t have to worry about what is going to happen thanks to the outstanding communication I receive from this office.
