At Hall & Navarro our goal as your chosen criminal defense lawyer is to obtain the best possible outcome for your case. That could be negotiating for the minimum sentence, negotiating a dismissal of the charges, or obtaining an acquittal at trial. In some cases, we have been able to avoid the filing of formal charges if we are involved early on in an investigation. We have also had success in securing the dismissal of charges after arguing for the suppression of potentially-incriminating evidence that may have been obtained through a violation of your civil rights.
Choosing the right criminal lawyer for your case.
Our success stems from our thorough preparation of cases and attention to detail; we are aggressive advocates for each and every one of our clients. We know that your future is on the line and that is important to us. Hall & Navarro has extensive experience in criminal law. With Hall & Navarro, you can be certain you will have an experienced advocate with the passion, skill and ability to fight to achieve the most favorable results in your case.
The time is at hand to make the critical decision of hiring the right attorney. You likely want an attorney to represent you who has previous experience dealing with the same charges you are currently facing. Hall & Navarro has successfully represented many clients on these type of charges. Gone are the days of walking into court and being handed a reduction in your charges and driving privileges. This is why it is more important now than ever to hire an experienced local attorney to fight your case.
Choosing the right lawyer for your DUI case.
If not properly handled, a DUI case can have extreme consequences. Mandatory jail terms, loss of employment, high fines, driver’s license suspensions, loss of your vehicle, license reinstatement fees, insurance premium increase or inability to get car insurance, points on your license, probation, court costs, and a permanent conviction for drunk driving are all definite possibilities.
NOTICE RELATED TO COVID 19
Due to the Shelter in Place order issued by the Governor on April 2, 2020, we are following the CDC directives and providing the majority of our services by phone, virtual meetings and FaceTime. Please call us to schedule an appointment at 912-764-6757 for Statesboro appointments and 912-754-7078 for Springfield appointments.
The Governor’s order specifies that legal services are part of the “critical infrastructure” of Georgia, so we are allowed to conduct face-to-face appointments when absolutely necessary. However, we will enforce proper social distancing and take precautions to sanitize the office before and after your visit. An appointment must be made prior to coming to our offices.
We are eager to serve you even during this trying time. Court filings for new and existing clients may be completed through e-filing, and we are able to conference with judges by phone or virtual meetings to handle any issue you may have. Don’t hesitate to contact us via telephone or through our website www.hallnavarro.com
Thank you for your understanding.
